Orders are shipped by USPS, or by UPS, depending on item/s and shipping location. An address with a P.O. Box will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service.

This is a general chart, and if cost of actual shipping is higher than estimated here, due to weight of items, such as cauldrons, stones, etc., we will email you with the option to pay the additional shipping amount, or cancel your order for a full refund.

The U.S. shipping rate is as follows:

$0 to $45 ..............$8.50 charge.
$45.01 to $65 ......... $12.50 charge.
$65.01 to $85 ......... $16.50 charge.
$85.01 to $105 .........$19.50 charge.
$105.01 or more ........$21.50 charge.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received -- however, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for U.S. delivery.

Return Policy:

Returns: We will accept returns of merchandise (minus shipping and handling costs), only if item is in resaleable condition, and notification is within seven days of receipt. Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Return shipping cost and insurance is the customers responsibility. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice.

Damaged Shipment: If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, you must contact us within three days of receipt. Save all cartons and packaging material in the event of inspection of damage is made by carrier.

Wrong Merchandise: We will replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error. However, this does not apply to items which state "our choice".
